Due to this ability to "try before you buy", we do not accept any returns of software licenses.
If you are evaluating our software and need additional time to make a decision, contact our office and will can provide you with a special license for an extended period.

We do not offer terms and so all products need to be completely paid for prior to any licenses being provided.
Except for the server-side software of "FineLine Reface", all of our software is downloadable from this website. The server-side of FineLine Reface is custom-built and emailed separately once purchased.
All software licenses (along with a receipt) are emailed once the order is entered and the payment is processed.
No physical product is shipped.
