We understand that sometimes things can seem confusing even with detailed documentation, many details are quickly forgotten, and we all make mistakes at one time or another, so if you have a question about one of our products, feel free to give us a call or send us an e-mail (support@soundideas.com) and we'll do our best to help.

We provide free support for our products for up to one year from purchase - although if you have a "quick" question after the initial one year period, we will try to assist you at no charge.

If the issue you are having is due to changes made to your system, the product was purchased over one year ago, or an excessive amount of support has already been provided to you, there may be a charge for our assistance - which will clearly be explained in advance (we accept MC, VISA and AmEx).

Our current support rate is $12 per 6 minute increment, with a minimum of 2 increments (i.e. $24 minimum charge for up to 12 minutes).

Our services are also available "for hire" when needed (rates vary).
